Ingredients:
fresh whole strawberries - 1 cup
milk(skim and low fat work fine) - 4 tbsp
vanilla/strawberry icecream - 2 dollop
castor sugar - 6 tbsps
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and run the blender on the highest settings
The icecream will still provide the desired thickness.
Then pour it into a long glass and can decorate with a strawberry slit in the middle and kept on the rim of the glass or in whichever way it takes your fancy.
You can even put an extra dollop of strawberry icecream on the shake in the end for that added thickness and creaminess.
